We understand that price is important therefore we will tailor make a treatment plan to your needs. We’ll consistently provide the highest quality service and best value in the market and if you find a lower price on an identical treatment and identical laser system we’ll match it, but it excludes Groupon, Wowcher or any other similar online coupon platforms.

or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to LASER PERFECT and its associated entities. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website, or the client as the context requires.

Laser Hair Removal
Receive 40% off the single treatment or package purchase price of Laser Hair Removal treatment areas.
The 40% off discount is only valid for Laser Hair Removal.
Payment must be made in advance.
Not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion, including any other treatment offer.
Bookings must be made prior to treatment and bookings are subject to availability.
With the laser hair removal areas that are sold as a combination treatment area package, for example, the Hollywood, Face & Underarms Package, areas purchased in the package cannot be split over separate appointments.
Offer may be withdrawn or extended at any time.
Our Price Match Promise does not apply to Full Body Laser Hair Removal Packages.
The package cannot be used between two or more clients.
Clients must mention the Price Match Policy with proof of evidence at the time of purchase and or at the time of paying for their treatment.
Refunds
Thank you for choosing your treatment with Laser Perfect. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any treatments, or pre-paid packages purchased in the clinic.
Refunds are not issued on treatments already received or change of mind unless a medical condition occurs during treatment and treatment must be stopped therefore, a GP letter is required.
Cancellations
We understand that things come up! To ensure the best service for all our clients, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice to be given for any treatment appointment cancellation.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to retain your deposit or your treatment cost, as applicable (and in the case of treatments from pre-paid packages, the full cost of the treatment will be forfeited).
If you fall ill within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact the clinic manager as soon as possible to discuss your options.
Transfer Policy
Once treatment is purchased (whether online, on the phone, or made at a clinic), treatments/services cannot be transferred to other individuals.
Pre‐paid packages for specific treatment areas cannot be transferred to other treatment areas.
The Price Match Policy
A price match policy will not be applied where the treatments have already been paid for or received.
Our Price Match Policy does not apply to any discounted packages or Full Body Laser Hair Removal treatments.
Pre-pay for laser hair removal treatments package of 3 expiration if 5-months, package of 6 treatments have a 12-month expiration date. When 10 treatments are bought, the expiration date will be 18 months.
The terms of our cancellation and refund policy continue to apply.
This offer may be withdrawn at any time.
Before and After Campaign
Laser Perfect would like to collect and process:
(i)photographic images; (ii) video-audio recordings; (iii) written testimonials, from you for the purpose of creating educational and promotional material.
To the extent that this material contains information about your medical diagnosis and treatment, it would be regarded as sensitive data, which by law requires your explicit consent to allow us to process it.
If chosen to participate in this campaign you will be required to sign a legal consent form by which you will confirm that the person named in the release notice has agreed to the publication of the Material by Laser Perfect both now and in the future.
By signing the release, you agree that Laser Perfect may use the material for promotional and informational purposes.
You allow Laser Perfect the right to use the material on its websites and in publications for use in its clinic and generally, which may include, but is not limited to, the media, posters etc…
You permit Laser Perfect the right to disclose the Material to third parties and media. We will try to make your face or part of it blurring/blocking your eyes area.
You understand Laser Perfect may, and has the right to, crop and/or collage the material with others and understand that the material may be used over the internet.
You agree that by signing the form, you release and forever discharge Laser Perfect, its agents, officers and employees, from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the material, including but not limited to any and all claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or financial compensation and you waive all moral rights that you may have in the material.
Prepaid Treatment
If you pre-pay for treatments, you will save an amount (promotional/discount offers) according to the pre-payment schedule. There is no refund on pre-pays, and they are not transferable to other individuals or treatment areas.
Pre-pay for laser hair removal treatments package of 6 has a 12-month expiration date. When 10 treatments are bought, the expiration date will be 18 months.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment within 48 hours or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be forfeited.
You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.
Treatments may not be completed by the same therapist each time.
Age Policy
Our customers must be at least 18 years of age to have any laser or skin treatments.
For persons aged between 15 and 17, parent/guardian consent is required, and must be present for consultation and first treatment to understand the procedure and aftercare. Not necessarily for future treatment unless they wish to be.
Signed Consent must be done in person (consultation form cannot be taken home).
We advise that due to hormonal changes/puberty, we do not recommend under 15 years of age.
Medical Conditions and Medications
May treat when the client is on Antibiotics if they are not photosensitive.
Auto-immune- must-have Doctor consent. Psoriasis and eczema can be treated around unless active, irritated, or heat reactive.
Pregnancy
We do not recommend and don’t offer laser treatment during pregnancy.
Treatment Booking Deposit
A deposit for your Laser Hair Removal Treatment may be required in advance of your booking (redeemable against treatment cost) at the request in the clinic. The deposit amount will depend on the treatment booked.
Free Consultation and Test Patch Policy
Consultation and Test Patch cost £30.00 prior to any laser treatment and is charged at the time of booking by phone or at the clinic however this amount £30.00 will be redeemed from your laser/laser hair removal treatment price.
